Bàked Balsàmic Chicken Recipe

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. Dried oregano
- 1/4 c. Black pepper
- 1/4 c. Salt tea - or more to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- If the chicken breast is too thick, you can pound it with a meat hammer until it reaches 1/2 inch thick.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish. Pour over the marinade making sure it is well coated. Let stand for 10 minutes if you have extra time.
- Preheat the oven to 400 ° C. Bake the chicken at 400 ° F for 25 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the meat reads 165 ° F.
