Bàked Balsàmic Chicken Recipe









INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Dried oregano
  • 1/4 c. Black pepper
  • 1/4 c. Salt tea - or more to taste



INSTRUCTIONS

  • If the chicken breast is too thick, you can pound it with a meat hammer until it reaches 1/2 inch thick.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
  • Place the chicken in a baking dish. Pour over the marinade making sure it is well coated. Let stand for 10 minutes if you have extra time.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 ° C. Bake the chicken at 400 ° F for 25 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the meat reads 165 ° F.
