Végan Pistachio Fudgy Browniés

- 180 grams of plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 40 grams of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 190 grams of dark chocolate at least 70 percent, or vegan milk chocolate for a softer brownie
- 45 grams of pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- Nectar for drizzle
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the seeds in 4 tablespoons water and reserve until water is absorbed. Melt the chocolate in a large bowl, making sure there are no lumps.
- Add the coconut oil softener and the soaked seeds. At this point, the seeds should be soaked in water and be thick and muddy. Add the melted chocolate and make sure everything is well mixed, and stir through some of the pistachios.
- Divide the mixture into a lined or greased muffin pan. 12-15 minutes or more in the middle.
