ONE-POT CHEESY GRÉEK PASTA WITH CHICKEN









INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, wrapped in olive oil and Italian herbs, drained
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 lb b0neléss, skinless chicken bréasts, cut into 1/2 "pieces
  • 6 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 1 cup kalamata olives, pitted and cut in half
  • 1 lb. linguine, uncooked
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 8 cups of young spinach sprouts, divided
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup of Chardonnay
  • 8 ounces of feta, crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine tomatoes, onion, chicken, garlic, olives, linguine, oregano, pepper and salt with 4 cups spinach in a 12-inch baking dish or melted oven. half-light Pour chicken broth and wine over it.
